Where safety matters..

The Residential Tenancies Regulations 2021 (RTR) now requires all residential rental properties to undergo an annual Smoke Alarm Safety Service, a two-yearly Gas Safety and Carbon Monoxide Service and a two yearly Electrical Safety Service. These Services have been made mandatory to ensure the safety of residential rental properties and their tenants.

By engaging Total Property Compliance to carry out these services, safety checks, testing and upgrade works required at your property/properties, you will ensure that works will be carried out strictly in accordance with AS/NZS 5601, AS 4575 & AS/NZS 3019 to the highest standards and with the least appointments and disruption as possible to your tenants.

All upgrade works will be carried out in the most cost effective way and ensure the safety of your property and that of your tenants.

To ensure we keep the highest of standards of workmanship on your property/properties as promised, Total Property Compliance staff will carry out as much of these works as possible, however we will be happy to engage and work in with any of your preferred tradesmen/sub-contractors should you request them to be involved in any of the upgrade works.
